Shipping & Delivery

At Lowcool we use New Zealand Post for both domestic and international shipping. Once you have added items to the cart, proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery address. The total cost of shipping will be visible at the checkout once the delivery address has been added. Costs will vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, and the total of your order.

All orders are tracked NZ Post courier with next day delivery target in the North Island. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.

For orders with in-stock items that are placed before 2pm, we will target them to be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (weekdays). We aim to have orders dispatched for same day Courier pick up however we cannot guarantee target delivery timeframes will be met 100% of the time. When placing an order, be sure to allow enough time for processing times and possible shipping delays.

Please note that delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at the checkout. NZ Post aims to provide overnight delivery as a target service; however, this is not guaranteed and may take 1–2 business days.

For Print on Demand or Custom Orders, we will make these a priority. Depending on the number of items in an order, there may be a delay if we are required to order in blanks to complete the order/s. There is a 1-3 day processing timeframe in this case. Processing times may vary which can be advised via email once an order is placed. Alternatively, you can contact us for an update.

Order processing and shipping times may vary during sale or holiday periods.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to stay up to date with your order's delivery status. If you have an NZ Post account, add the tracking number to your orders to get delivery notifications.
