Returns & Exchanges
We do not do monetary refunds for items that you have purchased, or on custom orders. If an Item is found to be faulty or damaged by our production team, we will replace this ASAP or alternatively you can request store credit to the same value. We also have a 30-day exchange policy on all eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of any stock item/size/or other items to equal the same value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not be a custom print, be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and no perfumes or body odours. You'll also need the receipt or order confirmation email if purchasing online.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us directly via the Contact Us Page or visit our store located at Shop no.7/7 Hartham Place South, Porirua, Wellington, 5022. Please note that all exchanges will need to be sent to our store address if you are not able to visit our store.
If your request to exchange items is accepted, you will need to return ship the item to us yourself along with another shipping label (or re-delivery fee paid) so we can send the replacement/exchange item/s back out to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We will process the exchange once we receive your items and email with an update. If we are not able to fulfil your request for any given reason such as an item being out of stock, we will provide an update and offer a store credit up to the value of your original order/item. Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/s. We may need a photo of the defects to help with possible returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom print products such as team/bulk orders or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds on sale items, gift cards, custom print items, and bulk custom print orders.
Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved and processed your exchange, please contact us at localcustomprint@gmail.com.
